Women shaping the silicon stack
WinTechCon is an IEEE conference for women in technology, bringing together leaders from industry and academia to present advances in VLSI, embedded systems and software.
By creating a stage for women to present their work in emerging technical fields, the conference promotes inclusive leadership and amplifies the diverse voices driving innovation across the semiconductor and systems industry.
The 2026 edition is organised by the IEEE Bangalore Section, the IEEE CAS Bangalore Chapter and IEEE WIE Bangalore, and runs over two days at Radisson Blu, Marathahalli.

Publication in IEEE Xplore
All accepted and presented papers are submitted to IEEE Xplore for possible publication.

Authors
Authors of accepted papers must complete registration by 15 October 2026, alongside the camera-ready submission.
Submissions and publication
What was accepted
Technical papers, tutorials, project demos and posters. A submitted paper may be accepted for either paper or poster presentation.
Format
Papers are limited to six A4 pages in IEEE double-column format at 10-point, following the IEEE conference template. All submissions are anonymous.
