To request a cancellation, email us with your name and registration details. Our team will review and confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days. Medical or extenuating circumstances are considered case by case. Request window: 7 days · Processing: 6–8 days.

Shipping & Delivery

Digital Only

All Services Delivered Electronically

IEEE CAS Bangalore does not ship or deliver physical items. All registrations, memberships, and digital content are provided electronically to the email address associated with your account. There are no shipping costs of any kind associated with our services or products.

Event Registrations — Confirmation emails and event details are sent to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful registration.
Memberships — IEEE CAS membership details, benefits, and access credentials are communicated via email after processing is complete.
Digital Content — Webinar links, newsletters, and downloadable resources such as PDFs, guides, and media kits are delivered electronically to the email on file.
Delivery Issues — If you do not receive your confirmation or resource within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us directly for support.
