These terms are governed by the laws of Bangalore, India; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
Cancellation & refund

To cancel, email us your name and registration details. We’ll confirm eligibility; approved refunds are processed within 15 business days. Medical or extenuating circumstances are considered case by case. Request window: 7 days · processing: 6–8 days.
Shipping & delivery
IEEE CAS Bangalore does not ship physical items. Registrations, memberships and digital content are delivered electronically to the email address on your account — there are no shipping costs.
Event registrations
Confirmation and event details reach your registered email within 24 hours of registering.
Memberships
Membership details, benefits and access credentials are emailed once processing is complete.
Digital content
Webinar links, newsletters and downloads — PDFs, guides, media kits — go to the email on file.
Delivery issues
Nothing within 48 hours? Check your spam folder, or write to contact@ieeebangalore.org with your registration details — we aim to resolve queries within 2 business days.
