Bridging academia and industry
The Institute to Industry (I2I) Forum is the IEEE CAS Bangalore Chapter’s flagship student-facing initiative — giving engineering students direct access to industry insight, mentorship and hands-on career guidance.
I2I 5.1 was hosted by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management, Mangaluru, with the IEEE Student Branch, SCEM, in association with the IEEE Bangalore Section and the IEEE Mangalore Sub Section.
It ran as a hybrid forum — an in-person day on campus, followed by a week of virtual technical sessions.
Eligibility
Undergraduate students
B.Tech / B.E. students in their 3rd or 4th year from electronics-related fields — ECE, EEE, Instrumentation and allied branches.
Postgraduate students
M.Tech / M.E. students in electronics-related fields.
