About the forum

Bridging academia and industry

The Institute to Industry (I2I) Forum is the IEEE CAS Bangalore Chapter’s flagship student-facing initiative. It gives engineering students direct access to industry insight, mentorship and hands-on career guidance.

I2I 5.3 takes the forum to Sharnbasva University, Kalaburagi, in association with the IEEE Bangalore Section and the IEEE North Karnataka Subsection, bringing industry experts to students in North Karnataka.

It runs in two phases: a full day of offline, on-campus sessions on Saturday, 17 October 2026, followed by online technical sessions from 26 to 31 October (tentative).
